as promised I am blogging.  Please comment to my posts as I really want to write about things you want to know.  My new favorite is vanilla balsamic vinegar over vanilla flavored greek lowfat yogurt —YUM YUM YUM   I have it every night as a desert.  The balsmic flavors a liquer as opposed vinegar.  The calcium in the yogurt is completely absorbable — no preservatives or anything that will eventually kill you.  And it tastes Great. — try it.
