Name This Recipe!

A young man in culinary school who loves our products and creates fabulous meals for his parents came up with this incredibly easy and unique recipe. We’re sure this recipe will take off nationwide, and therefore an evocative name that goes down in history! If you come up with the winning name, I will reward you with your favorite fused olive oil or vinegar!
Watermelon, Scallop, Vinegar — Who Knew?
  • One slice watermelon shaped into a square
  • One big scallop (seared or sauteed but already cooked)
  • 1/1 equal parts Pomegranate and Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegars
  • Sprig of basil for garnish
Put the scallop on top of the watermelon and drizzle the vinegar on top of the scallop. Garnish the stack with the basil. The watermelon will absorb most of the vinegar. Make as many as you wish, depending on whether you serve it as an appetizer or entree. With each bite it will burst in your mouth. How easy is that!!!!

This vinegar is perfectly balanced with sweet fruit and the light richness of Balsamic Vinegar. Combined with olive oil, it will brighten any green salad or brown rice salad with red peppers, asparagus, and sweet corn. Slowly simmer equal amounts of vinegar and red wine until you have a rich thick finishing sauce for pork, lamb
or duck.
